All these plans are available on a standard PSTN, ISDN2 or ISDN 10/20/30 phone lines so there is no need to install new equipment or connect new lines. You simply get the same reliable service you’re used to with no downtime.

With such low rates as these, we ask all our 12 month term customers to take out a direct debit, but if you agree to a 24 month term then you have the option to make a manual payment.

Things You Should know
1. Total minimum commitment over 24 months is $7320 Inc GST (10 Channels), $14,520 Inc GST (20 Channels), $21,096 Inc GST (30 Channels) 2. Offer only available to customers who take up full service fixed line (including long distance and calls to mobile services). All Fixed wire service are covered by the Customer Service Guarantee Standard. Please refer to our Customer Service Guarantee Policy for details on the CSG Standard. 3. Plan is available to both PSTN and IDSN fixed wire services. If you are choosing this plan for our standard Business PSTN Analogue service, the monthly access Inc GST per month is $34.95. Minimum Cost over 24 months on this product is $838.80 Inc GST( Standard Business PSTN Analogue product delivery). Please refer to our Standard Form of Agreement for terms of use on fixed wire products. 4. Top ten per minute rates and call caps apply only to calls terminating on a fixed line service in the international countries. Different rates apply for calls terminating on an overseas mobile service in those countries 5. Price of capped calls fixed at applicable rate until cap duration is reached after which calls revert to standard per minute rate 6. Cancellation of direct debit may result in loss of any chosen bonus option from the date of cancellation 7. Early Termination fee applies. Termination within the initial 24 month term will result in a termination fee being charged, calculated as your minimum monthly cost x months remaining in your term. 8. Dishonoured direct debit payments may incur a charge.
