Mobile Cap Plans

1. Total minimum cost, inc GST, over 24 months is $456 ($19 Cap), $696 ($29 Cap), $1176 ($49 Cap), $1896 ($79 Cap), $2,376 ($99 Cap), $3,096 ($129 Cap). 3. Mobile data included in this plan is 100MB ($19 Cap), 200MB ($29 Cap), 1GB ($49 Cap), 2GB ($79 Cap), $99 Cap (5GB), $129 Cap (8GB). Both uploads and downloads are counted towards data usage. Data rate and excess data rate is calculated at 25c (Inc GST) per MB whereby 1MB is comprised of 1024 kilobytes. Therefore effective data rate per kilobyte is 0.00024414c (Inc GST). 5. Early termination charges apply if service is cancelled before the end of the 24 months term. Early termination charges are calculated as your minimum monthly access fee for the plan x months remaining in your contract with us 6. Our standard charges, as set out below, will apply once you exceed your cap value. 7. For $99 Cap and $129 Cap: Minimum Monthly Cap Access Fee will apply to each Active and Suspended customer on a pro-rata basis. Monthly Cap Access Fee and Cap Limits will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using all National, Mobile SMS, WAP Data and Calls to 13/1300/1800, but will exclude all charges relating to: All International calls / International Roaming; Surepage messages Calls to Special Numbers (1900 etc); Premium SMS; Optus Zoo Services; Horizon Content 8. For $19 Cap, $29 Cap, $49 Cap and $79 Cap: Minimum Monthly Cap Spend Requirements will apply to each Active and Suspended service. Standard Cap Spend Requirements and Cap Limits will be calculated using all Standard Voice (National), Standard voicemail, Standard National SMS to other GSM mobiles, International SMS, Standard national MMS and international MMS, but will exclude all charges relating to: - 13/1300 & 1800 Numbers (for the $19 and $29 plans only). 9. We reserve the right to cancel activated service numbers which have been zero-tolling in excess of 3 months consecutively. If we terminate an activated service number, your rights to obtain a credit or rebate for any amounts paid in advance are set out in the Standard Form of Agreement. 10. All prices are quoted inclusive of GST. 11. Mobile Fair Use Policy applies 12. Yes’ time does not apply to these cap plans. 13. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to our International Direct Dial rates) Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please refer to list of supported countries on www.optus.com.au/international 14. Each Rate Plan includes a set amount of data per month depending on which data plan you have chosen; Enabling you to access services on Optus Zoo, as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile. If you exceed your plan’s included monthly data allowance, excess usage will be charged at $0.25 per MB for $19 Cap and $29 Cap, $0.24 per MB for $49 Cap and $79 Cap and $0.227 per MB for $99 and $129 Cap, billed in KB increments. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads.
