BlackBerry Cap Plans

1. Total minimum cost over 24 months inc GST is $1896 ($79 Blackberry Cap), $2376 ($99 Blackberry Cap), $3312 ($138 Blackberry Cap). 2. Early Termination fee will incur charges comprised of your minimum monthly commitment as per your agreement with us x months remaining in your contract. 3. Minimum Monthly Cap Spend Requirements will apply to each Active and Suspended service on a pro-rata basis. Cap Spend Requirements and Cap Limits will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using all Standard voice calls - local, national, mobile, Standard National SMS, Voicemail, MMS, Video Calls, Calls to 13/1300 Numbers, 1800 Numbers and Surepage. Any calls types not specified will be charged as excess usage and not included in the cap. 4. Our standard charges, as set out below, will apply once you exceed your cap value. 5. We reserve the right to cancel activated service numbers which have been zero-tolling in excess of 3 mths consecutively. If we terminate an activated service number for zero-tolling, your rights to obtain a credit or rebate for any amounts paid in advance are set out in our Standard Form of Agreement. 6. Blackberry BIS product includes unlimited "Blackberry Email" and "Blackberry browsing" services. Blackberry browsing does not include tethered modem usage or WAP services. 7. Yes' time applies between 8pm - Midnight Mon-Sun 7 days (Free 20 minute calls Optus mobile to Optus mobile only) Off peak mobile rates apply after 20 minute period 10. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/International under 'GPRS' roaming section) Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please refer to list of supported countries on www.optus.com.au/international 11. Optus Coverage Disclaimer: You will require a dual band 2100/900MHz compatible device to access the Optus dual band network. Please note that not all products and services are available in all locations of the coverage area. To confirm coverage availability, you can contact our Customer Service team. When within a dual band network area, your call or data session may also access the GSM/GPRS network if your handset supports GSM/GPRS 900Mhz.. As with any network, based radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with mobile reception within coverage areas – e.g. inside concrete buildings, lift wells, basements tunnels, road cuttings. High rise buildings may also suffer degradation of service.
