When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to 'GPRS' roaming in the What’s Not Included In Your Cap section) Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please call us on 1300046464 for a list of these countries.
Each Rate Plan includes a Standard Cap Value to call any Australian Mobile or National Landline number.
Each plan also includes a Smart Cap Value for calls to any OHMI 3G Mobile subscriber on the same account, or who is an OHMI 3 G customer.
If you exceed your plan's included monthly Cap allowance, excess usage will be charged at appropriate rate for the call type.
Any unused Cap allowance cannot be rolled over.
Your Cap allowance does not include services such as International Voice or Video Calls, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS & MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates.
In addition to your Call & Text inclusions on these plans, once you have reached the data allowance of your package you will be charged excess data at the rate of 49.5c per mb.
Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1 Megabytes (MB) and includes both uploads and downloads. 1 Gigabyte (GB) = 1000 Megabytes (MB). Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 19xx numbers. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates.
