At OHMI our Mobile Chat Cap Plans are flexible to suit your needs. You can choose from our range of included calls, decide if you need us to supply a phone or you can bring one of yours, and even choose whether you need data with your plan or not. It is entirely up to you. All plans come with a Fleet inclusion of calls and text to other OHMI 3G services, cutting down on your call costs to friends, family or business colleagues that are alos on OHMI 3G.

Monthly access fee will continue to be charged to your account each month until the end of the month in which you notify OHMI that you want to discontinue the service.
When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to 'GPRS' roaming in the What’s Not Included In Your Cap section) Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please call us on 1300046464 for a list of these countries.
Each Rate Plan includes a Standard Cap Value to call any Australian Mobile or National Landline number.
Each plan also includes a Bonus Cap Value for calls to any OHMI 3G Mobile subscriber on the same account, or who is an OHMI 3 G customer.
If you exceed your plan's included monthly Cap allowance, excess usage will be charged at appropriate rate for the call type.
Any unused Cap allowance cannot be rolled over.
Your Cap allowance does not include services such as International Voice or Video Calls, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS & MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates.
Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads.
Should you have a Bolt On Data Package in addition to your plan, once you have reached the data allowance of your package you will be charged excess data at the rate of 35c per mb.

These Data Pack bolt on plans can not be used in conjunction with any mobile rate plans that have included data allowances. This includes Blackberry plans or Rate Plans with data allowance inclusion. Data Pack provisioning on these plans will replace the included data allowance with full charges applied
Data Pack plan data allowance must be included in the offering to End Users
Data Pack bolt-on’s are applicable for both mobile Internet and WAP browsing

Minimum Commitment and Early Termination Charges

All Bonus Cap plans are on a 24 month contract term.
