Scheduled Outages OHMI will use best efforts to provide 5 working day notification of any scheduled or planned service outage (“Planned Service Outages”) to customer. Where practicable, Planned Service Outages will occur between 11pm and 6am. Eastern Time. |
Rebates For each hour outside SLA, rebate is 1 days worth of access for service per calendar month Maximum rebate is 1 monthly access fee for the plan you are on at the time of the outage occurred
A rebate form must be completed and signed by the customer The rebate form will be assessed by OHMI and advice will be sent to the customer to inform if a rebate is valid for the end customer. |

- The prices herein are inclusive of an on-time payment discount. Failure to pay your invoice on time will result in a subsequentcharge back of the on-tine payment discount (see knowledgebase article 4006). The value of this charge-back is 3.75% of the prices advertised herein.
