1. Total minimum commitment each month is $29.95 Inc GST. 2. Offer only available to customers who take up full service fixed line (including long distance and calls to mobile services). All Fixed wire service are covered by the Customer Service Guarantee Standard and Universal Service Obligation. Please refer to our Customer Service Guarantee Policy for details on the CSG Standard. 3. Plan is available to PSTN fixed wire services. Please refer to our Standard Form of Agreement for terms of use on fixed wire products. 4. Top ten International destinations are : Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, USA. 5. Top ten per minute rates and call caps apply only to calls terminating on a fixed line service in the international countries. Different rates apply for calls terminating on an overseas mobile service in those countries 6. Price of capped calls fixed at applicable rate until cap duration is reached after which calls revert to standard per minute rate 7. 30c National Call Cap is for National calls up to 120 minutes in length. 60c Mobile Call Cap is for Calls to Mobile Service from your home standard service up to 30 minutes in length. Normal rates apply after the cap is exceeded. 8. Cancellation of direct debit may result in loss of chosen bonus option from the date of cancellation 9. Early Termination fee applies. Termination within the initial 12 month term will result in a termination fee being charged, calculated as your minimum monthly cost x months remaining. 9. Dishonoured direct debit payments may incur a charge.
